At Tiyaz, your happiness matters to us. Every product you order is crafted with love and care by skilled artisans, and we want you to feel delighted when it reaches your home.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
• You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
• Handwoven products may have slight variations in color, weave, or texture — these are not defects but natural characteristics of handmade items.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
