Processing Time

• Since our products are handwoven by skilled artisans, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.

• During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
 

Shipping Time & Delivery

• We currently ship across India. (International shipping will be introduced soon.)

• Delivery within India usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Remote areas may take a little longer, but rest assured—we’ll get your order to you as quickly as possible.
 

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS so you can follow your package’s journey.
 

Packaging

• Your items will be carefully packed in eco-friendly, secure packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
 

Delays & Exceptions

• While we work with trusted courier partners, sometimes unforeseen delays (like weather, strikes, or natural disruptions) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
